Thanks for the comment! The bugling is learned from countless hours listening to bulls bugle over the last 30 years. I’m not even the best at it. Many people have learned to master the sound of the bugling wapiti.
A forced shot is never good. My awesome respect for the animal prevents me from flinging arrows! If you’re not 100 % sure of the shot NEVER take it. Take it from someone who has been hunting elk for 30 years and guided 100’s of hunters over the last 20 + years.

what is the difference between a roosevelt elk and a rocky mountain elk? also what draw weight would you use on elk?
