there are so many good hunting bows today! go to your local bowhunting/archery dealers store and they can set you up nicely for your budget. spend lots of time shooting from all angles. my setup, Mathews switchback xt, gold tip arrows, rage 3 blade mech broadheads.

there are more wounded and lost animals from rifle hunters, they take shots “hoping” they hit the animal from either too far or at angles they’re not used to, its not nice and flat like the range.

Theres hunting, thats cool, then theres hunting with a bow, now thats badass!

Depends. I shoot a PSE Baby G Force. It’s an older bow, about 15 years old, but it shoots fast, straight, and you can pick em up on ebay for under $100 (brand new they were around 800). That’s if you’re on a budget. If you have money to spend, Mathews, High Country, and Hoyt have some good bows out right now.

I dont have audio at work but it looked to me 55 yards or so, im glad he didnt hit that animal, that would not have been a kill shot It would have ran, he would try to track it and drive it further away, eventually it would die and that meat would go to waste.

That first shot was way to far man!
I’m glad you missed.
The rest of the video was outstanding. NIce job guys!

Welcome to hunting outside box blinds! When you get to a spot range different rocks, trees & bushes & grass clumps etc. So when he walks by them you know the range within a yard or 2.
