A wildlife official says a plan to reduce an extreme extreme elk hunting hunting herd could be used across the country if it works in North Dakota. The National Park Service has started taking applications for volunteers to shoot extreme extreme elk hunting hunting in the Theodore Roosevelt National Park`s south unit from November through late January.
